Job Description:

As the E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the online store’s daily operations. Your focus will be on maintaining product content, imagery, and enhancing the customer journey to reflect the brand’s unparalleled luxury. You will help support the day-to-day management of their online store.
This role sits at the heart of the digital function—ensuring product content, imagery, and customer experience are consistently aligned with the brand’s luxury standards. The ideal candidate will have experience within a luxury or premium retail environment and a strong interest in jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage daily product uploads and updates on Shopify, ensuring all items are accurately listed.
*Resize, retouch, and optimise imagery to meet brand and site requirements.
*Review product copy, pricing, and product details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
*Support the execution of online merchandising, ensuring products are categorised correctly and shoppable.
*Assist with the setup and quality checks of product launches, campaigns, and new collections.
*Monitor website performance, identify content errors, and coordinate fixes promptly.
*Liaise with buying, merchandising, creative, and marketing teams to maintain up-to-date product and content information.
*Support general e-commerce operations, including stock checks, online customer queries (if relevant), and reporting tasks.
Required Experience & Skills
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce role within luxury or premium fashion, accessories, or jewellery.
*Strong working knowledge of Shopify experience
*Confident in basic image editing and resizing (Photoshop or similar).
*High attention to detail with excellent written English.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
*Genuine interest in jewellery, trends, and luxury retail.
