Electrical Team Leader
Job Description:
*Prioritizing and delegating work to a team of electrical technicians under the guidance of the electronics lab supervisor
*Acting on behalf of the supervisor in their absence
*Ensuring departmental quality standards are consistently maintained
*Driving workflow to ensure continuous progress through the department
*Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
*Supporting the supervisor in meeting major project schedules and integration/tooling deadlines
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
*Minimum ONC in Electronic & Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
*Strong experience with low voltage AC/DC panel wiring and looming
*Experience with high voltage installations
*Proven experience leading teams/being a senior
