We’re working with a leading business seeking an experienced Divisional Legal Manager to head up their in-house conveyancing team. This senior role involves managing a team of ten, supported by an Assistant Manager, and overseeing the disposal of plots annually, including part exchanges and resales.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and develop the conveyancing team to deliver efficient, service-led support.
*Manage legal documentation for plot sales, infrastructure agreements, land transfers, and related transactions.
*Provide proactive legal advice and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
*Drive team performance and professional development.
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
*Strong background in property law and residential conveyancing.
*Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication and IT skills.
