I’m working with a highly respected national property consultancy that is expanding its planning team and now seeks a confident, commercially minded Senior Town Planner to play a key role in shaping high-profile projects across the UK.

The Role As Senior Town Planner, you will:
* Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across commercial, residential, mixed-use and regeneration sectors

* Prepare and submit planning applications, statements and appeals

* Provide expert planning advice to internal stakeholders and external clients

* Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and drive projects from inception to determination

* Build strong relationships with local authorities, developers, and consultants

* Support junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the planning function

What We’re Looking For * MRTPI qualified (or very close to achieving it)

* Strong background in development planning, ideally with consultancy experience

* Excellent understanding of UK planning legislation and policy

* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate

* Proven project management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
