Location: Bath
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
About the Company:
A high-quality, people-focused financial planning firm based near Bath, with an emphasis on professional standards, long-term careers, and delivering consistently excellent client service. *Drive quality and client focus: promote a service culture that always considers the client journey
*Liaise with advisers, paraplanners and platform team: ensure smooth workflow across all functions
*Spot and solve problems early: flag risk, log near misses, and keep admin running smoothly
