Ready to take control of a fast-moving dispatch operation supplying the UK’s top supermarkets?
We’re looking for a hands-on Transport & Dispatch Coordinator to lead the daily outbound logistics from a high-volume fresh food site. You’ll be the go-to person between senior operations and the dispatch/admin team, keeping everything running like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing: * Oversee transport and dispatch from a 7-day operational packhouse

* Liaise with hauliers (GIST, Fresh Linc) to coordinate timely deliveries

* Support and develop a busy admin team (without direct line management)

* Manage rotas, cover, and stock of packed product

* Ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer service levels are met

* Be part of daily planning meetings and drive continuous improvements

What You’ll Need: * Experience in Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Logistics/3PL

* Solid background in transport planning, logistics coordination or senior dispatch admin

* Proactive mindset and ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment

* Great communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
