Due to an internal move, this Finance Assistant role has become available to support the Management Accountant with the day-to-day accounts duties.
Reporting to the Management Accountant and the Finance Director, duties include:
*Managing the accounts inbox and dealing with supplier queries
*Processing purchase invoices - 3-way match
*Maintain supplier relationships
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Payment runs and processing payments
*Processing staff expenses
*Bank reconciliations
*Credit card reconciliations
This Finance Assistant role is ideal for someone with a strong purchase ledger background and is looking for a varied, busy role.
