Senior Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Kent | High Earnings | Home-Working
Location: Kent (within 1 hour of Rochester)
Salary: Up to £31,000 basic + Benefits + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £55,000 Year 1 | £65,000+ Year 2
A leading, award-winning estate agency group is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join their high-performing team in Kent. This home-working role offers 7–10 quality appointments weekly, strong remortgage opportunities and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage & protection advice
*Manage and convert estate agency and client-bank leads
*Build long-term client relationships
*Maintain FCA compliance and meet KPIs
Candidate Requirements
*CeMAP qualified (minimum Level 1)
*1–2+ years’ Mortgage Advisor / Broker experience
*Strong knowledge of residential mortgages & protection
*Motivated, proactive and commercially minded
*Based in Kent or within 1 hour of Rochester
