Internal Sales/Customer Service Executive

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Internal Sales/Customer Service Executive to join a friendly and dynamic team in Watford. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and experience of internal sales and upselling or Account Management. Starting in the new year, this position is initially a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle inbound customer inquiries
*Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
*Generate new sales leads and work towards achieving KPIs.
*Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
*Develop a thorough knowledge of products and pricing.
*Manage sample requests via CRM, preparing 10–20 daily sampling requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in customer support and B2B sales.
*Strong phone communication and listening skills.
*Proficiency with CRM systems.
*Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
*Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure.
*Proven success in meeting sales targets and resolving customer complaints.
*Experience in Food-to-Go or Distribution sectors is desirable but not essential.
