Job Description:
Position Title: Recruitment Administrator
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional off-site meetings
Salary: £28,000
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support across recruitment, compliance, and employee integration. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth processes and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates.
What you will be doing?
*Partner with the Recruitment Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment administration.
*Track and monitor candidate applications throughout the hiring process and review CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.
*Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
*Provide general recruitment support as required.
*Liaise with immigration advisors to ensure accurate and timely completion of visa processes.
*Maintain compliance with UK right-to-work legislation.
*Conduct regular audits of employee records.
*Act as the first point of contact for visitors, new hires, and agency staff.
*Support managers with onboarding activities, including arranging IT equipment, medical appointments, and other essentials.
*Assist HR with onboarding and ongoing support for all employees, including international staff.
*Coordinate pre-boarding requirements such as IT setup, fleet arrangements, and medical checks.
*Liaise with vetting teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for project staff.
