Job Description:
Our client is a multi-franchise-approved car dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Cardiff area.
Benefits:
*Starting salary up £60,000 pending experience, with an OTE of £75,000 per annum
*Company car available.
*22 days annual holiday plus the 8 bank holidays.

*Full manufacturer-accredited training and development.

*Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm.
Requirements:
*An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
*A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
*Strong Technical knowledge
*An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & can motivate their team to success
*IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points
Responsibilities:
*Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
*Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
*Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
*Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this position is £60,000 basic with a potential OTE of £75,000.
