Junior Architectural Technician
Location: Bedford
Salary: £26-30,000
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Junior Architectural Technician to join a highly respected and award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. The company is known for delivering creative, design-focused projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. As the team continues to grow, they are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support a wide range of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities *Assist in the production of accurate technical drawings and supporting documentation
*Help prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
*Work closely with consultants, contractors, and other project team members
*Carry out site visits and provide technical support during construction stages
*Ensure all work meets current UK Building Regulations and follows best practice standards
Skills & Experience *HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or similar relevant qualification)
*Competent user of AutoCAD; experience with Revit is highly beneficial
*Some experience working on residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
*Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
*Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
