A well-established and expanding legal practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join a supportive and ambitious team. About the Role

You will handle a diverse and stimulating caseload, working with a wide range of clients including developers, investors, agents, lenders, landlords and tenants. The work will cover all major real estate sectors—office, retail, leisure and industrial.
You will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Commercial leases and licences
*Landlord and tenant issues
*General property-related advisory work
The role offers substantial autonomy, with the flexibility to manage your own matters while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For
*Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property
*Strong technical expertise across a range of commercial real estate matters
*Excellent communication and client-handling skills
*Confident working independently as well as within a team
*Proactive mindset, with enthusiasm for developing client relationships and generating new work
*Ambitious, motivated, and keen to continue progressing professionally
A following or the ability to generate work is highly advantageous.
