Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)

Shift:Night Shift - 00:00/01:00 AM to 09:00 AM
Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and physically fit Warehouse Operatives to join a busy parcel distribution centre on the night shift. This is an extremely demanding role, involving continuous lifting and moving of heavy parcels, some weighing up to 25kg. If you can maintain a high pace throughout your shift and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: *Working at the bottom of a parcel chute, ensuring smooth parcel flow from the belt into cages.
*Lifting, sorting, and stacking parcels quickly and efficiently to prevent blockages and delays.
*Maintaining a steady workflow to keep up with operational demands.
*Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
*Working as part of a team to ensure all parcels are processed on time.
Requirements: *Must be physically fit and capable of continuous heavy lifting and movement.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure warehouse environment.
*Ability to work at speed and with accuracy throughout the night shift.
*Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
*Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
