Facilities Officer
Salary: £25,000–£30,000
Location: Northfleet
We are looking for a motivated Facilities Officer to join a busy team supporting day-to-day operations across multiple sites in the Educational field. This is an exciting opportunity for someone organised, flexible, and keen to contribute to a smooth-running environment.
Role Overview:
The role involves providing general administrative and operational support to ensure facilities and services are well managed. You will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, helping to keep processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the team with general administration and record keeping
*Help coordinate work with external suppliers and service providers
*Assist with planning and tracking tasks to ensure deadlines are met
*Monitor requests and help allocate them to the appropriate team members
*Provide support with bookings, resource management, and day-to-day enquiries
*Contribute to maintaining a safe and organised environment across sites
About You:
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Confident with basic IT systems and office software
*Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and external contacts
*Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
*Team player willing to assist where needed
