This is a true generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations, partnering with managers and senior leaders to shape a culture of engagement, growth, and success. What You’ll Do
*Be the go-to HR expert for managers, providing pragmatic advice on all employee relations matters.
*Drive improvements in recruitment and onboarding to attract top talent.
*Champion learning and development initiatives, supporting succession planning and talent growth.
*Lead health and wellbeing strategies that make our workplace a great place to work.
*Manage one direct report and oversee key HR processes, from performance management to exit interviews.
*Partner on exciting HR projects and change management initiatives.

*Proven HR generalist experience with strong employee relations expertise.
*A confident coach who builds capability and inspires managers.
*Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
*Skilled in recruitment, data analysis, and HR systems.
*A positive, proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
