Role Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:
*Inheritance Tax Planning
*Trust Drafting & Administration
*Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
*Advising High Net Worth clients with assets in and out of the UK. These will include entrepreneurs, land owners and farmers
*Tax
*Trusts (Set up & Administer)
*Probate & Administration of Estates
*Give Estate Planning & IHT advice
Desirable Qualifications:
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload with excellent prospects for career advancement
*To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*STEP Qualified or actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential - Support Given)
*Lawyers with either the CTA or AAT qualifications are very welcome to apply, as are those looking to get these qualifications and progress
