A leading international organisation with global subsidiaries is seeking a Junior Finance Controller to join its London headquarters. This role provides exposure to group-wide finance operations and collaboration with teams across multiple countries.
Your Role
You will support the group’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and governance. Responsibilities include:
*Managing accounting for the UK entity and supporting overseas subsidiaries.
*Preparing VAT and corporate tax returns.
*Producing consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
*Supporting the annual audit and reviewing subsidiary reporting.
*Monitoring intercompany reconciliations and internal controls.
*Contributing to budget preparation and financial analysis for management.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified accountant.
*3-5 years of experience in accounting, management reporting, financial control, or audit.
*Strong understanding of UK accounting practices and tax regulations.
*Advanced Excel skills; experience with R, Power BI, or other analytical tools a plus.
*Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
*Fluent English; additional languages a benefit.
*Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel.
