Key Responsibilities*Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in sports and physical education at [FE level]
*Develop innovative teaching resources and assessment strategies.
*Support learners through tutorials, feedback, and guidance.
*Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Essential Requirements*A relevant degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related discipline.
*Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to motivate and engage learners of diverse backgrounds.
Desirable*Experience in delivering sports coaching or fitness training.
*Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety in a sports environment.
