Join a leading financial services events team as a Conference Producer, creating content that attracts senior banking leaders, fintech innovators, and policymakers, and shapes conversations across retail banking, payments, digital transformation, and more.
Key Responsibilities
In-depth agenda research: Explore major trends shaping the banking and financial services sector, including digital innovation, emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, sustainability, customer behaviour, and market strategy.
Agenda development: Write clear, compelling and commercially valuable conference programmes that appeal to C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Speaker recruitment: Engage and secure senior industry leaders to join panels and lead sessions at your conferences.
Stakeholder engagement: Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the content strategy aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
Continuous improvement: Use market feedback, data insights, and industry conversations to evolve the content proposition and elevate the quality of events.
Who You Are
*1–2 years of commercial conference production experience
*Strong research, communication, and writing skills
*Commercially minded with an interest in global business, digital transformation, and financial services innovation
*Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and thought leaders
*Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong initiative
*Creative thinker with the ability to identify fresh angles and emerging sector issues
*A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
