Sourcing Specialist – Chesterfield / Hybrid – Competitive Salary + Bonus

The Role
*Negotiate contract elements, including terms and conditions, pricing and lead times
*Prepare, distribute and award RFQ’s
*Review customer specifications and determine supplier selection in accordance with the contract review process
*Serve as a point of contact for supply chain issues
*Develop and maintain professional knowledge regarding market drivers, market trends, economic conditions, forecasts, supplier base and competitive intelligence
*Ensure the sourcing strategy is aligned with customer requirements and metrics
Working Hours: 7:30am – 4pm (Mon-Thur) 7:30am – 2pm (Fri) – Flexi time
The Person
*Advanced Excel and Power BI experience
*Strong analytical skills
*Ability to crunch data and report it to internal stakeholders
*Strong communication skills
