Technical Support Technician
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer enquiries across phone and digital channels, offering technical guidance and product advice.
*Diagnose product and system issues, arranging service agent visits when required and updating CRM records accurately.
*Maintain strong product knowledge and support authorised service agents to ensure high service standards.
*Process spare parts orders, monitor customer concerns, and report emerging trends to management.
*Participate in team projects and contribute to continuous improvement across processes and communication.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service ability.
*Confident decision-maker who remains calm under pressure and maintains attention to detail.
*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information, solve problems, and follow issues through to completion.
*Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible approach and positive attitude during change or challenges.
