Job Description:
This role is a hands-on opportunity to lead ER casework, guide managers, and strengthen day-to-day people practices. You’ll partner closely with leadership while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training needs. This role is hybrid, based in Crawley 3 days.

Description
*Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations queries
*Lead on complex and sensitive ER casework from start to resolution
*Coach and guide managers on policy, process, and best practice
*Support recruitment activity, including vetting and onboarding
*Contribute to designing and delivering training sessions
*Maintain accurate documentation and case records
*Work closely with the People Manager to identify people-related risks
*Support continuous improvement across HR processes
*Assist with policy updates and compliance requirements
*Provide day-to-day generalist HR advice to employees and managers
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*Strong experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end
*Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making
*Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice
*Able to remain calm and objective in sensitive situations
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing a varied workload
*Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
*Comfortable delivering or contributing to training
*Tech-savvy, with good HR systems and documentation skills
*Proactive, solutions-driven, and keen to help shape a growing HR function
