We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to lead a series of capital projects from conception to completion. This is a newly created interim position, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver projects that make a real impact.
Most projects are valued below £500k, requiring strong attention to detail and efficient delivery.
Your role as a Project Manager:
*Developing initial mechanical designs and cost estimates for tender.
*Navigating internal governance processes.
*Producing technical specifications and managing tendering to bidders.
*Driving projects through to RIBA Stage 4.
Experience Needed as a Project Manager:
*Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (essential – applications without this will not be shortlisted).
*Proven experience managing mechanical projects from design through to completion.
*Strong understanding of tendering processes and technical specifications.
*Ability to work flexibly across office, project sites, and remotely.
*Must be located within a commutable distance to East London.
