This senior role will shape and deliver the people strategy, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to engagement, performance, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
What You will Do
*Talent & Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, career progression, and leadership training programs.
*Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
*Performance & Reward: Implement frameworks for performance management and recognition.
*HR Operations: Ensure compliance, manage policies, and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
What You will need
*Proven experience in senior HR leadership within a fast-paced or scaling organisation.
*Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
*CIPD Level 5 or above.
*A strategic thinker with a passion for people and culture.
