Job Description:
Gleeson is proud to partner with a leading global supply chain organisation to recruit a Solutions Project Engineer for a key role based in the Hampshire area.
This position is central to delivering innovative Flow solutions, combining technical expertise with strategic collaboration. You’ll work closely with sales teams and project managers to design and prepare solutions, create CAD drawings, review supplier costs, and ensure seamless handover of projects to the delivery team.
As the business continues to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to influence solution design and drive operational excellence across integrated systems.
Job Title: Solutions Project Engineer
Location: Hampshire
Salary : £45,000 - 60,000 + Package
Key Responsibilities :
*Create CAD drawings based on collected data
*Assess customer requests for technical and propose solutions
*Coordinate and structure data flow to support solution development
*Assist Sales Managers during customer meetings and presentations
*Review and select suppliers across all business streams
*Optimise costs to enhance competitiveness
*Prepare quotations and review pricing
*Collaborate with Service teams on pricing for integrated solutions
*Support Commercial Team with materials & Presentations
*Working with third-party suppliers
*Liaise with product Team to develop and launch new products and upgrades
*Project Management - Working with key stakeholders ( Sales , Customer Service & Product team)
Key Skills: *Experience in the warehousing Solutions
*Knowledge of automation solutions
*Project Management Experience
*Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD Experience
