We are currently working in partnership with a public sector client based in Holbeach, who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant on a three month temporary contract.
The role is available on either a full or part time basis and offers an hourly rate of £16.32 via an umbrella company (possible room for negotiation).
The ideal candidate will be able to start ASAP and be able to commute to Holbeach. Office based is the preference for this vacancy but there is potential for hybrid working.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Processing and entering invoices onto the system (AdvantEDGE)
*Performing bank and statement reconciliations
*Assisting with budget management and supporting with payroll duties
*Providing administrative support as required
Experience required:
*Background in a fast paced financial setting with experience across accounts payable, payroll and basic accounting
Working hours:
*Flexible depending on successful candidates requirements – minimum 20 hours per week
