£25,000–£30,000 basic (upper band for c.3 years’ experience)
30–50% commission on weekly rent
Realistic earnings: £45k–£70k+
A high-growth, tech-driven lettings and management business — originally established in London and now expanding into the North West — is looking to hire an ambitious Lettings Negotiator for its Manchester operation.
This is a company that has scaled from just 20 managed properties to over 700 within a few years. Their model blends premium marketing, strong international landlord relationships, rapid service, and a highly efficient back-office structure. They’re now replicating that success in Manchester.
What they offer *Focus on fully managed, prime residential stock
*Strong commission structure (30–50% of weekly rent)
*Year-one earnings between £45k and £70k+
*Added to the company bonus pool after 12 months
*Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6pm
(Contract may reference Saturdays, but you won’t be required to work them)
*Vibrant team culture: trips abroad, social events, karaoke nights
*No driving licence needed
What they’re looking for *Someone committed, proactive, and fast-paced
*Comfortable communicating with international landlords
(They use tech-enabled translation tools; Mandarin not required)
*A negotiator who is responsive, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile when needed
