An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a high-performing team at a flagship dealership in Cannock. What We’re Looking For
*A proven track record in automotive sales management
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
*A customer-first mindset paired with a commercial, goal-oriented approach
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
*Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
*High levels of self-motivation and a hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
*Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
*Manage daily operations including deal files, handovers, and sales pipeline
*Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
*Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high achievement
*Recruit, train, and resource the sales team to support long-term success
Working Hours
*Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
*4 Days week 1, 5 days week 2
*1 Weekend off Per month
