Job Description:
Hourly Rate: £13.45 PAYE per hour
Location: Sunderland
Working Hours: 36 hpw with flexible working (Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 2pm)
Job Type: Temporary (Until March 26)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver a comprehensive tenant and customer-focused service, including administrative support and customer contact.
*Complete accurate and timely data input and administrative tasks in line with agreed processes.
*Update systems with job scheduling, asset data, certifications, and documentation.
*Support tenants, operatives, and call handling teams via email, telephone, and Teams.
*Collaborate with property maintenance and housing colleagues to ensure a seamless service.
*Take ownership of customer issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven administrative and data input skills with strong attention to detail.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
*Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating in-house systems.
*Experience in a similar role, ideally within a regulated business environment.
*Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
