Swarm Recruitment is working with an award-winning, successful marketing agency in Norwich.
This company works with local, national and international brands and has a strong reputation.
The role is supporting clients across multiple marketing functions with a focus on Performance and SEO marketing but also web analytics and UX/CRO. The role will be a mixture of hands on and strategic work with clients, in a fast-growing team.


Salary, Benefits and Details
*Salary: £30,000 - £38,000pa, depending on experience
*Location: Norwich, city centre.
*5 days per week, full time, Permanent. Office Monday – Wednesday minimum. First 3 months are office based to settle in and get started.

Essential Skills
*Digital marketing account management experience - ideally within an agency (but not essential)
*Proven PPC experience (Bing & Google) & Paid Social experience
*Proven SEO experience - organic and technical SEO
*Experience in data analysis and reporting
*Strong understanding and experience of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
*Experience in dealing with clients, face to face and via email.
*Knowledge, both theoretical and practical, on display advertising, and e-shot campaigns is desirable.


Key objectives
*Deliver effective digital marketing strategies for clients across paid advertising, SEO (content and technical) and UX/CRO work
*Managing a portfolio of accounts - maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients
*Deliver presentations to clients, internal team and for new business
*Managing the work of account executives and assisting in their training and progression
*Work with in-house development team and DPMs to assist in new website builds (from technical SEO perspective) and development of client websites/migrations.


Responsibilities
*Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and communicating with them about the campaign progress and results
*Presenting post-campaign reports to clients and the account directors/heads of departments, including data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvement
*Cooperating with other departments to define marketing campaign plans and ensure they align with the desired outcomes
*Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues - showing understanding of technical SEO and be able to communicate resolutions to developers or clients
*Managing and advising on paid campaigns (PPC, Display, Video etc.)
*Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions and assist in CRO/UX.
