We are seeking a Vending Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves filling, cleaning, and maintaining premium coffee and vending machines. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to work in a fast-growing company specialising in coffee, water, and vending services.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Clean and replenish coffee and vending machines within a specified territory to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safe operation in compliance with company and statutory regulations.
*Ensure all points of service are adequately stocked and products are rotated as necessary.
*Liaise with management and record any machine breakdowns to maintain high standards.
*Perform minor repairs or services and report any major faults to ensure machines are always in good working order.
*Complete all necessary tasks on the company’s vend management system and participate in any required training.
*Cash up vending machines and accurately report on cash collected.
*Provide efficient, caring, and friendly service to customers.
*Attend to any reasonable management requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must hold a full clean UK driving licence as the role requires driving a company vehicle.
*A clear DBS certificate is required; the company can obtain this on your behalf.
*Excellent customer service and customer-facing skills.
*Proactive manner and a positive attitude.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Prepared for early starts – latest start time at 5am.
