Pallet Repair Operative
£13.25 p/hour + Overtime + Bonus Scheme
Blagrove, Swindon
Rotating Shifts - 6am 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
We’re hiring for a Pallet Repair Operative in Blagrove, West Swindon! Immediate start!
This is a hands-on, physical role in a large, busy warehouse. You’ll be working as part of a team to check and repair wooden pallets using tools like drills, hammers, and sanders. Don’t worry – full training is provided!
Job Role:
*Quality checking pallets
*Repairing broken/damaged pallets (adding nails, replacing wood, sanding, etc.)
*Using hand tools & lifting pallets
*Paid OT after 40 hours worked
Requirements:
*Is physically fit and happy in a hands-on role
*Doesn’t mind a noisy warehouse environment
*Wants reliable, ongoing work with the chance to earn more through overtime & bonuses
Pay and Perks:
*£13.25 per hour (overtime paid after 40 hours)
*Bonus scheme available based on daily targets
