Reed Accountancy is pleased to support a friendly business in Taunton in their search for a Data Entry Clerk. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with data and is eager to develop their career in a professional office environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
*Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
*Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
*Organise and manage electronic and paper files.
*Assist with generating reports and basic data analysis when required.
*Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Proficiency in using office software, including Excel and database management systems.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
