Nursery Manager (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified) – Edenbridge
Location: Lovely nursery in Edenbridge
Start Date: ASAP
Positions Available:
*Nursery Manager (Essential (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified)
Essential Requirements
*Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education or Childcare
*DBS: Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
*Passion: A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development

Day-to-Day Role of a Nursery Manager
*Leadership & Staff Management: Oversee the nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
*Compliance: Maintain adherence to Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards.
*Curriculum Planning: Support staff in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively.
*Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.
*Administration: Manage budgets, staff rotas, and record-keeping.
*Training & Development: Mentor and support staff to ensure continuous professional development.
