Murray McIntosh are currently seeking Production Engineers to work for a client of ours on an initial 12 contract basis as detailed below:

Please note we can only consider British citizens for this UK eyes only project, you will also require current/eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
You will be providing build support & overseeing the build of a transmission system for the defence sector.

Required experience:
* Strong Production Engineering experience

* Ability to lead PFMEAs; incl. process mapping, risk mitigation and creation/ approval of procedures and protocols

* Understanding of assembly, fitting & quality

* Ability to ensure correct manufacturing processes and procedures are being followed to ensure quality output

*Excellent manufacturing process knowledge
*Ability to produce and approve technical documentation
* Knowledge of gear boxes, transmission systems or drive trains etc preferred

*Previous experience of working in the marine, defence, MOD or military sectors is preferred
* Working in a build support role previously would be an advance
