Job Description:
TEST ASSISTANT:
An exciting temporary 3-month Team Assistant role with a leading London asset management firm, offering £19 per hour. Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact, managing diaries, coordinating travel, preparing and formatting presentations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting analysts. Opportunity likely to extend based on performance.
TEST ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Acting as first point of contact, managing correspondence and phone calls
*Providing comprehensive diary management for a team of six analysts and organising travel arrangements
*Creating, amending, and formatting PowerPoint presentations for meetings
*Assisting with binding and preparing presentations for internal and external use
*Conducting detailed handovers to other PAs within the team
*Managing couriers, filing, photocopying, and general administrative duties
*Multitasking and adapting flexibly to a variety of requests and priorities
TEST ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
*Bringing over two years of high-volume office administration experience within financial or professional services
*Demonstrating advanced PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office
*Managing diaries, scheduling and coordinating meetings in fast-paced environments
*Overseeing inbox management to ensure timely, organised and accurate communication flow
*Communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
