This employed Financial Advisor job is available within a small, directly authorised independent financial advisory firm. You will be provided with an existing client bank of circa £25m FuM for you to takeover servicing, ensuring clients continue to receive excellent ongoing financial planning. This will provide a platform to retain, service and grow this further.
It is important you enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, and deliver in-depth reviews to understand their current and future goals and objectives. You will be advising on pensions, investments, protection and other financial needs.
The clients are spread across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. This is a hybrid role with element of home working, visiting clients and once a week to their Luton office. The business uses a mixture of telephone, video and in-person client meetings.
Alongside servicing the clients, you should look to develop new business from existing clients, referrals or lead generation methods.
Financial Advisor Requirements
*You should hold fully Level 4 Diploma in financial planning or equivalent
*You should have 2+ years’ client facing experience as Financial Advisor (with CAS status)
*You should have a proven, demonstrable track record in being able to grow a client bank through proactive activities
*You should have a client centric approach
*You should have excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, professionalism and good IT skills
Financial Advisor Benefits
*Salary of up to £70,000 plus circa £30,000 - £40,000 in bonuses
