We’re hiring a Demand Planner for a leading FMCG business — a key role driving accurate forecasting and cross-functional planning. Duties:
*Own and update a rolling forecast using data and stakeholder input.
*Lead demand review meetings and challenge assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.
*Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align plans and manage risks.
*Monitor KPIs, identify root causes of forecast issues, and drive performance improvements.
*Approve promotional activity with supply constraints in mind.

*Strong Excel and analytical skills.
*Clear communication and confidence working across teams.
*Attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure.
*Understanding of supply chain and commercial principles (preferred).
