Secondary School Teaching Assistant
Locations: Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Tenterden

Are you a teacher assistant in the Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Tenterden wells area seeking flexibility, variety and new challenges? We are seeking passionate and caring Teaching Assistants to join our network of professionals in the Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Tenterden area.

About the Role:
- Closely working with teachers in a classroom to help facilitate their lesson plans.
- Providing 1-1 or group learning interventions to help with student understanding of the subject area.
- Supporting the students but academically and emotionally.
- Helping with managing classroom behaviours and routines.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- A organised individual with strong classroom management skills.
- Someone who is quick to adapt to a variety of roles, students and staff.
- SEN understanding and experience is desirable but not required.
- Someone who is motivated for work and has effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in school settings
- A passion for supporting and helping children in succeeding in their education
