Your Job As A Health & Safety Officer Will Include:

* Conducting regular site inspections, audits and safety checks
* Ensuring compliance with RAMS, CDM, EAWR and UK H&S legislation
* Supporting incident and near-miss investigations
* Preparing risk assessments, RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
* Delivering inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal audits
* Working closely with project teams, operatives and management
* Promoting a positive safety culture across all work streams

The Ideal Health & Safety Officer Will Have:

* NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate or Diploma (or working towards)
* CSCS Managers/Professionals Card (essential)
* Experience in H&S within construction or electrical sectors
* Strong knowledge of UK safety legislation and site practices
* Ability to engage, influence and challenge unsafe behaviours
* Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
