Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated teacher of Health and Social Care to join on an ongoing temp basis. The ideal candidate will bring a flexible approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for developing engaging educational environments.
Day-to-day of the role of a Health and Social Care Lecturer:
*Design and deliver engaging teaching materials, including slides and classroom activities, utilising existing resources where possible.
*Conduct lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
*Mark learners’ work and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
*Use technology and virtual learning tools effectively to enhance the educational experience.
*Maintain high standards of teaching and learning within the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Health and Social Care Lecturer role:
*To hold a recognised teaching qualification
*To deliver levels 3 BTEC and T level courses to leaners 16+
*Proficient in current Maths and English.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
*Open-minded and positive attitude towards the use of technology in education.
