Job Title: Senior Accounts Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £27,500-£30,000 per annum:
Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a global recruitment business based in Bristol to recruit a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Assistant. Required Skills & Experience:
This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, organised, and able to follow internal processes and deadlines to ensure excellent customer service.
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a transactional finance role, ideally within recruitment or a contract-based environment
*Hands-on experience with sales and purchase invoicing, client payments, and payment runs
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide daily support to the Pay and Bill team
*Ensure timely and accurate invoicing across multiple client accounts
*Allocate daily receipts accurately and efficiently
*Manage credit control processes to maintain healthy cash flow
*Prepare and execute monthly payment runs
*Handle internal and external queries professionally and promptly
*Process monthly staff expenses
*Complete ad hoc finance tasks as required
