�? PROJECT MANAGER - LIVE EVENTS
Location: Ideally West Yorkshire HQ, but hybrid/remote options available

Based in West Yorkshire, their tight-knit team is known for making the magic happen - and having some fun along the way.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering exceptional live event experiences. You’ll be working across a wide portfolio of projects - from sleek boardroom productions to jaw-dropping stage shows - and no two days will be the same.
You’ll handle it all: from the client brief through to showtime - with the support of a highly experienced in-house team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Leading the planning and execution of live events across the UK and occasionally overseas
*Attending client meetings, site visits and production briefings
*Designing technical and creative solutions tailored to each event
*Producing quotes, CAD drawings, schedules, visuals and pitch documents
*Coordinating crew, logistics, kit and transport using resource management tools
*Managing on-site delivery and being the go-to person during events
*Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
*Building client relationships and seeking out future opportunities
You should have:
*A strong understanding of AV, sound, lighting, rigging, staging, and set
*Proven success in delivering complex, high-quality corporate events
*Excellent client-facing and communication skills
*Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
*A proactive mindset and the confidence to lead from the front
*A good sense of humour - we work hard but don’t take ourselves too seriously
*A full UK driving licence

THE IMPORTANT STUFF
*Hours: Full-time, permanent role (with some evening/weekend work - paid accordingly)
*Base Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
*Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays (includes Christmas shutdown)
