Job Description:
The role of Quality Manager in the retail industry requires overseeing quality assurance processes within the department. This position in Acton focuses on maintaining high standards to ensure product excellence and compliance

Description
*lead the quality management system and make sure they’re always audit-ready
*define product and process specs, and challenge the status quo when needed
*support new product development with your food tech know-how
*maintain third-party accreditations including BRC Grade A
*manage non-conformances and drive continuous improvement
*monitor customer feedback and complaints - and turn insights into action
*be our go-to expert on food safety, legislation and quality assurance
*audit, inspect and keep our systems sharp
*ensure all suppliers are up to scratch and fully certified
*spot risks in the supply chain before they become problems
*champion best practice
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
*proven experience in a food technical or quality assurance role in a factory environment for a BRC rated factory
*food-related degree or equivalent hands-on experience
*internal auditor and HACCP Level 3 qualified
*strong knowledge of food legislation
*confident communicator and team player
*experience managing people and processes
*full uk driving licence
