Your role as Audit Manager This is not just a technical audit role - this is a position where you will play a key part in shaping the future of the audit service.
You will:
* Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion

* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and act as a trusted advisor

* Be a visible leader, supporting, mentoring and motivating your team

* Work closely with senior leadership to improve processes and drive quality

* Champion best practice, high standards and a collaborative team culture

You’ll sit at the heart of the audit team, acting as the bridge between junior staff and senior stakeholders, ensuring both client satisfaction and team development.
What you’ll need to succeed as Audit Manager * ACA / ACCA qualified

* Strong audit background within practice

* Confident leadership style with the ability to develop and motivate others
