Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership | Entertainment Industry
Up to £45k (depending on experience) + Benefits
Option for Hybrid or Fully Remote
Full-time, 12-month FTC (opportunity to extend)
We are delighted to be working with a leading Entertainment company based in London, to help them with their search for an Executive Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to be working closely with the senior executive team and play a key role in assisting with their day-to-day priorities.
The Role
*High-level administrative support for senior leadership, including diary management, travel arrangements, and communications management
*Foresee and manage potential issues, and prioritise tasks and correspondence
*Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
*Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*Daily management of inboxes and prioritise based on importance and urgency
*Assist with preparation for meetings and follow-ups
*Monitor communication patterns
The Ideal Candidate
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives
*Outstanding organisation and time management
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to maintain a high level of discretion
*Strategic thinking
*Microsoft office expert
