Job Description:
Location: UK Based Remote
Schedule: 3 days per week
Are you a seasoned payroll professional looking to join a collaborative and welcoming team? We’re recruiting for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across UK and Irish entities. Key Responsibilities
*Process monthly payroll for two UK entities (250 employees) and one Irish entity, ensuring full compliance with local regulations
*Accurately input and verify UK payroll data using ADP iHCM, maintaining timely and efficient workflows
*Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
*Partner with the HR team to ensure accurate data capture and address system/process issues
*Manage the payroll inbox, responding to employee queries and liaising with HR, HMRC, the Pension Regulator, and other authorities
*Oversee Year End procedures, including the production and distribution of P60s
*Produce P11Ds, support PSA submissions, and handle other payroll/tax-related matters
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in a Senior Payroll role with strong technical expertise
*In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
*Hands-on experience with ADP iHCM
*Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
*Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex payroll matters effectively
*Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong general IT skills
*A proactive mindset with experience in process improvement and streamlining
*Commitment to GDPR, confidentiality, and data protection standard
