The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with the St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust, to recruit a Level Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for children with additional needs. We are looking for a Teaching assistant for a full time long term role to start ASAP and to continue in January in Bury Primary School.
While the primary focus will be on 1:1 support, some general classroom assistance may also be required.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be kind, patient, and flexible, with a genuine passion for supporting children

* Have experience working with children with additional needs (desirable)

* Be confident working 1:1 and as part of a team

* Demonstrate strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

* Be reliable, proactive, and able to follow instructions while using initiative

* Hold a relevant Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification

* Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
