We’re working with a boutique VO talent agency, seeking an experienced Agent / Booker to join their team. Representing some of the UK’s most recognisable voices, this agency is well respected within the advertising, entertainment, and audio industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a talent agency. Please note this is an office-based position split between central and West London office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Casting and booking talent across commercials, audiobooks, animation, video games, etc.
*Negotiating fees and managing contracts
*Overseeing invoicing and purchase orders
*Proactively sourcing scripts and updating client materials
*Maintaining and updating the agency website and internal databases
*Staying up to date with British TV, theatre, and emerging acting and comedy talent
*Attending recording sessions and theatre events to build strong industry relationships
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in a talent agency / similar environment
*Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and organisation
*A confident, warm, and personable manner (written and verbal)
*Evident knowledge & passion for TV, comedy and film
*Familiarity with Tagmin, Mailchimp or similar platforms
